Mexico City Map for USC’s Alumni Magazine

Illustration
2019

Editorial artwork for USC’s alumni magazine, Trojan Family, commissioned by Pentagram, featuring a hand-drawn, full-color illustrated map of the ancient ruins and temples around Mexico City.

I worked with the Pentagram team to create artwork for this Trojan Family article, “In the Footsteps of History” (Winter 2019 issue). The article documents USC students taking an exciting trip around Mexico to explore the region’s culture and centuries-old artifacts. The accompanying map spans the full magazine spread with a hand-drawn and full-color illustration showing the region and several of the temples, ruins, cities, and towns that the students explored along the way.
